6.A. Discussion and/or action regarding the appointment of Ron Faulstich to the Downtown Redevelopment Selection Committee.
6.B. Consideration and possible action on Ordinance 2026-10, approving a final project and finance plan for Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of Lockhart, Texas providing a severability clause and providing an effective date.
6.C. Discussion and/or action regarding Ordinance 2026-09, amending Sections 28-10(d), 28-10(e)(3), and 28-11(b)(3) of Article l, "Historic Districts and Landmarks Regulations and Procedures" of Chapter 28 "Historic Districts and Landmarks" to expand those repainting activities qualifying as ordinary maintenance in the Historic District and on City-designated Historic Landmarks, to remove an existing inconsistency indicating that any form of repainting is considered ordinary maintenance, and to change the allowance for replacement of painted exterior wood surfaces from a durable cementitious wood material to composite, wood-like materials as exempt from the requirements for a Certificate for Alteration.
6.D. Discussion and/or action regarding contract for Election Services with the Caldwell County Elections Administrator to conduct the City of Lockhart's Special Election on March 31, 2026.
6.E. Discussion and/or action regarding nomination of Patricia Belote to the Animal Shelter Advisory Board by Mayor Lew White for a term to expire in November 2026.
6.F. Discussion and/or action regarding nomination of Erica Saucedo to the Planning and Zoning Commission by Councilmember Juan Mendoza for a term to expire in November 2028.
