4.A. Hold a PUBLIC HEARING and discussion regarding applications ZC 25-06 and PDD-25-01 by Luke Caraway with ViewPoint Engineering on behalf of RODG Seawillow Prop Co, LLC, and discussion and/or action to consider Ordinance 2025-28 for a ZONING CHANGE from RMD Residential Medium Density District to PDD Planned Development District including the adoption of a PDD Development Plan on a total of 89.775 acres in the John A. Neill League, Abstract No. 20, located at 2400 FM 1322.

6.A. Discussion and/or action regarding awarding an annual fuel bid to Energex, DBA - On-Site Fuels, Inc., of Gonzales, Texas with a profit margin of $0.0495 cents per gallon of gasoline and $0.0495 cents per gallon for diesel over the Oil Price Information Services (OPIS) price from Austin, Texas RACK, posted weekly. If approved, the term of the contract will be for one year.
6.D. Discussion and/or action regarding approval of a Subdivision Improvement Agreement with RODG DT Seawillow Prop LLC for the Seawillow Ranch Subdivision and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
