4.A. Hold a PUBLIC HEARING and discussion and/or action on Ordinance 2025-26, for text amendments to Chapter 56, "Traffic & Vehicles" Article V, Section 56-313, "Residential Parking Permits," of the Lockhart Code of Ordinances to authorize creation of a residential parking permit area on Bowie Street from the intersection of S. Medina Street to the intersection of Travis Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on school days for Lockhart I.S.D.
5. CONSENT AGENDA
6.A. Discussion and/or action to consider authorizing the approval of a Texas A&M Forest Service Rural Volunteer Fire Department Assistance Program cost-share reimbursement grant for a small brush truck.
6.B. Discussion and/or action to authorize the purchase and replacement of three (3) circuit breakers at the Lockhart Substation as identified in the LCRA Five-Year System Study.
6.C. Discussion and/or action regarding a Ground Lease Agreement with Lockhart Air Partners, LLC, for construction of a 10,000-square-foot hangar at the Lockhart Municipal Airport.
6.D. Discussion and/or action to consider a request from Republic Services to extend the City’s solid waste collection and disposal contract for an additional five-year term.
6.E. Discussion and/or action regarding authorizing staff to release the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Services.
6.F. Discussion and/or action to consider rescheduling City Council meetings in 2026 due to conflicts with a city holiday or event.
