Discussion and/or action authorizing Resolution 2025-33: (1) determining that a public necessity exists for the acquisition of permanent sanitary sewer and temporary construction easements located on real property which are required for the construction of the Lockhart Economic Development Administration Sewer Project America Rescue Plan Act Project #08-79-05656 to construct sanitary sewer utility infrastructure; (2) authorizing the City Manager to make offers for the acquisition of easements required for said Project and to expend an aggregate amount not to exceed $50,000.00 to acquire said easements; (3) establishing certain procedures for acquisition; and (4) authorizing the City Manager to execute any documents in connection therewith.

Discussion and/or action authorizing Resolution 2025-34 finding that one sanitary sewer easement and one temporary construction easement located on property addressed as 1600 Silent Valley Road, Lockhart, Caldwell County, Texas are necessary for the construction of the Lockhart Economic Development Administration Sewer Project American Rescue Plan Act Project #08-79-5656 to construct sanitary sewer utility infrastructure and authorizing the use of eminent domain to condemn the easement interests pursuant to Government Code § 2206.053.
