4.A. Hold a PUBLIC HEARING and discussion and/or action regarding an appeal to the Planning and Zoning Commission's approval of application SUP-25-09 allowing a Accessory Dwelling Unit (General Type) on 0.322 acres on Lot1-A, Block 1, Replat of Attal Addition, zoned RMD Residential Medium Density District and located at 614 East Live Oak Street.
4.B. Hold a PUBLIC HEARING for the proposed City of Lockhart Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget.

6.A. Discussion and/or action regarding the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Lockhart Independent School District and the City of Lockhart regarding School Resource Officers (SROs) for the 2025–2026 school year and the continued cost-sharing agreement for assigned personnel, equipment, and training.
6.B. Discussion and/or action regarding Ordinance 2025-17 amending uncodified Ordinance 2018-07, Section II (F) regarding the assignment of School Resource Officer within the Lockhart Police Department with all other sections of Ordinance 2018-07 remaining unchanged.
6.C. Discussion and/or action regarding Ordinance 2025-18 regarding the establishment of a Residential Parking Permit Program.
6.D. Discussion and/or action regarding a solid waste consulting service agreement with Burns & McDonnell and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement.
6.E. Discussion and/or action for consideration of Resolution 2025-26 authorizing the City Manager to execute a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) amendment to the existing contract with D. Wilson Construction Co. for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the remodel of Fire Station #1 located at 201 W. Market St.
6.F. Discussion and/or action regarding the appointment of members to a citizen planning committee regarding the City of Lockhart's activities to commemorate and celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 2026.
6.G. Discussion and/or action regarding nomination of Jason De La Cruz to the Construction Board of Appeals by Councilmember John Castillo for a term to expire in November 2025.
