5.A. Discussion and/or action regarding the proposed Fiscal Year 2025- 2026 Budget for Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) for the Lockhart Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants.
5.B. Discussion and/or action regarding entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) and the City of Lockhart regarding participation in the WaterSECURE project.
5.C. Consider action to approve Resolution 2025-22, delaying action on an ordinance authorizing City of Lockhart, Texas combination tax and revenue certificates of obligation in an amount not to exceed $20,000,000; and other matters related thereto.
5.D. Discussion and/or action regarding a request from Councilmember Castillo to initiate possible amendments to Chapter 64, Zoning, to prohibit manufactured housing in residential zoning districts.
5.E. Discussion and/or action regarding the City of Lockhart's activities to commemorate and celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 2026.
