5.B. Presentation and consider the proposed Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget for Caldwell County Appraisal District (CCAD).

5.C. Discussion and/or action to approve four (4) new leases with Enterprise Fleet Management to replace four (4) police department vehicles and authorizing the City Manager to execute the lease agreements.

5.D. Discussion and/or action authorizing the purchase and installation of emergency equipment, radios, and camera systems for recently acquired police department vehicles and authorizing the City Manager to execute purchase agreements.
