5.A. Consideration and/or action on the purchase of replacement in-car laptops for the police department.
5.B. Discussion and/or action to consider Resolution 2025-19 to approve an interlocal agreement with the Lockhart Independent School District for the lease of a portion of the property at 715 S. Medina Street for the future Aquatics Facility and a potential future Recreation Center and for the operation of the Aquatics Center and to authorize the Mayor to execute said agreement and any documents in connection therewith, including a Memorandum of Ground Lease.
5.C. Discussion and/or action to approve a State Grant Agreement between the City of Lockhart and the Texas Parks & Wildlife Local Park Grant Program in the amount of $750,000 for Aquatics Facility construction funding.
5.D. Discussion and/or action regarding Resolution 2025-20 in support of the City of Lockhart's application to the Texas Department of Transportation's Transportation Alternatives call for projects to fund expansions to the City's sidewalk network.
5.E. Discussion and/or action regarding the nomination of Justin Wells to the Lockhart Economic Development Corporation by Councilmember John Lairsen for a term to expire in November 2026.
5.F. Discussion and/or action regarding the nomination of Curtis Hawkins to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board by Councilmember Juan Mendoza for a term to expire in November 2025.
