House Survey, Abstract 15, located south of SH 142 and east of Borchert Loop into the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Lockhart.

Discussion and/or action to consider a Development Agreement between the City and RODG DT SeawillowPropCo LLC to authorize development of the Seawillow Project, consisting of approximately 586.778 acres of land out of the John A. Neill Survey A020 for residential and commercial purposes, which property is located east of FM 1322 and south and west of Seawillow Road, approximately 2,000 feet southeast of Lay Road.

6.G. Discussion and/or action regarding Resolution 2024-16 to award contract for Construction-Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) services for the Fire Station No. 1 Remodel to D. Wilson Construction Co.
6.H. Discussion and/or consideration of a proposal from Councilmember Castillo regarding a charter amendment on the November 5, 2024 election to amend Section 5.05 "Election by plurality or majority" to require the majority system for Lockhart elected officials.
