4.A. Discuss and consider action regarding a Treated Water Sharing Agreement between Guadalupe Blanco River Authority, New Braunfels Utility and the City of Lockhart for the temporary sales of treated water from the Gonzales Carrizo Water Supply Project, and authorizing the Mayor to sign the agreement, if approved.
4.B. Discuss and consider action regarding entering a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority for the dedication of two utility easements associated with Phase II of the Gonzales Carrizo Water Supply Project, and authorizing the Mayor to sign MOA, if approved.
4.C. Discussion and/or action regarding authorizing City Manager to sign a two-year renewal agreement with Community Action, Inc. for the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP).
4.D. Discussion and possible direction to staff regarding City regulations of sound levels and special event permit requirements.
