4.A. Hold a public hearing, discussion and/or action to consider Ordinance 2023-09, amending Chapter 31 "Impact Fees" of the Code of Ordinances, incorporating updated Land Use Assumptions and updated Water, Wastewater, and Roadway Capital Improvements Plans as exhibits, amending the fees for Water, Wastewater, and Road Impact Fees as set forth in Appendix I; amending affected sections referencing the updated appendices and exhibits; providing for severability; providing a repealer; and establishing an effective date.
5.A. Discussion and direction regarding the appointment of a steering committee for the Comprehensive Plan and possible size and membership of the steering committee.
5.B. Discussion and/or action regarding the nomination of Julia Haug to the Planning and Zoning Commission by Councilmember Juan Mendoza for a term to expire in November 2025.
