Discussion and/or action to consider adoption of Ordinance 2023-08 vacating and abandoning approximately 0.112 acres of unused public right-of-way consisting of an alley ranging from 7 to 12 feet in width extending southward from the 200 block of West Olive Street and a 10-foot wide alley extending westward from the southern terminus of the southward alley towards the 800 block of North Blanco Street.
