4.B. Approve Chapter 380 agreement with Mill Scale, LLC. to provide incentives for economic development.

4.E. Approve a Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) Community Development Partnership Program matching grant to purchase water rescue personal protective equipment for Lockhart Fire Rescue.

4.H. Approve the minutes of the April 5, 2022 Council meeting.
5.B. Discussion and/or action regarding a property sale agreement for 6.788 acres in 130 Industrial Park III with Ziegenfelder Company.
5.C. Consider and take action to authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with Kent Broussard Tower Rentals, Inc. to lease land owned by the City for the purposes of a radio tower located at 1517 Dale Road, Lockhart, TX, and execute a Tower Use License to continue the City’s use of the tower for police, fire, EMS and other City related communications; and to authorize the Mayor to execute a Tower Use License with Clearview Tower Company III, LLC. to continue the City’s use of a radio tower located near Luling, TX known as Iron Mountain for the same purposes as above.
5.D. Discussion regarding a change to solid waste collection routes by Central Texas Refuse.
5.E. Discussion and/or action regarding the proposed auto recycle and salvage yard located near SH 183/FM 1185, outside the city limits.
5.F. Discussion regarding matters related to COVID-19.
