Alex and JoNelle Schulze, and discussion and/or action to consider Ordinance 2021-23, for a Zoning Change from AO Agricultural–Open Space District to CHB Commercial Heavy Business District on 15.171 acres in the James George Survey, Abstract 9, located at 1501 and 1503 Blackjack Street (FM 20).

6.D. Discussion and/or action to approve partial loan relief to COVID-19 Relief Loan recipients.
