Discussion and/or action to consider Ordinance 2020-25 amending the Official Zoning Map of the City of Lockhart, Texas, to reclassify the property known as 1.778 acres in the Byrd Lockhart Survey, Abstract No. 17, located at 416 North Church Street, from CMB Commercial Medium Business District to PDD Planned Development District, including by-reference a PDD Development Plan for Main Springs Planned Development.
