DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS Presentation, discussion and consider acceptance of the Caldwell County Appraisal District's Fiscal Year 2020 Budget.
Discussion and/or action to consider allocation of funds in the proposed Fiscal Year 2019-2020 City of Lockhart budget to special interest organizations.
Presentation and discussion of the proposed Fiscal Year 2019—2020 budget to City Council and setting Tuesday, August 20, 2019 as the date for the public hearing regarding the proposed Fiscal Year 2019-2020 budget.
3D. Discussion and/or action regarding adoption of the 2019 combined maintenance and operation and interest and sinking proposed property tax rate for the City of Lockhart. If the proposed tax rate exceeds either the effective rate or rollback rate (whichever is lower), a record vote must be taken to place a proposal to adopt the rate on the agenda of a future Council meeting. If motion passes, Council must schedule and announce the date, time and location of two (2) public hearings regarding the proposed tax rate set by Council. 4. ADJOURNMENT
